积极推动GIS技术在旧城可持续再生进程中加以应用——以北京“隆福寺首善文化主题公园”建设构想为例

摘　　要：本文认为,应在北京旧城特定区域发展体现首善文化特色、引领时尚潮流的主题公园。位于东城区的隆福寺地区在选址上具有明显优势,该项目符合建设"人文北京、科技北京、绿色北京"目标、符合首都功能核心区的城市功能定位,具有明显的人文优势、区位优势和空间优势,可作为旧城实现可持续再生的途径之一。此外,本文从基本目标、消费人群、总体布局、具体策划等方面对项目规划进行了初步探讨。通过对"首善文化"内涵的挖掘,还具体策划了四组体现鲜明文化特色和时代特色的三维立体电影主题。We should build the theme park which can reflect capital cultural characteristics and leading the fashion trend in specific regions of Beijing old city.Located in Long Fusi region of Dongcheng district has advantages in location.The project conforms to the building ＂ Humanities Beijing,Science and Technology Beijing,Green Beijing＂ objectives,meets the capital＇s functional position of the core area of the city,has obvious cultural advantages,location advantages and Space superiority which can be realized as one of the ways of sustainable regeneration of Beijing old city.In addition,the basic goal,consumer groups,the general layout,specific planning and other aspects of project planning were discussed in the paper.The paper studies the ＂ Capital Culture,＂ and reflects the specific planning of the four distinct cultural features and characteristics of the times of the threedimensional movie themes.
