35例青海地震灾区伤员的伤情及防治分析

摘　　要：甘肃省中医院收治的35名青海玉树地震灾区伤员均为复合伤,其中骨折27例,在"救命为先,救治为主;保守治疗为主,手术治疗为保障;中医为主,西医为辅;中西医相结合,手法与手术相结合,中药内服与中药外治相结合,临床救治与心理治疗相结合"的治疗原则指导下,所有患者逐渐恢复健康,体现出中医在救治伤员中的特色及优势。Gansu hospital of traditional Chinese medicine has received 35 patients ofearthquaked area in Qinghai, they all are combined injury and 27 cases are multiple fractures. Therapeutic principle is such as： Saves a life for first and treatment primarily,conservative treatment primarily and the surgery treatment is the safeguard,the traditional Chinese medicine primarily,the western medicine is auxiliary,the traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine, the manipulation combined with surgery,oral administration combined with external therapy of chinese herb,clinical treatment combined with psychotherapy.All patients are gradually restored, this show the characteristics and advantage of traditional Chinese medicine in treating wounded ofearthquaked area.
