2型糖尿病血瘀证大鼠模型制备的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究建立2型糖尿病血瘀证大鼠模型的方法。方法:应用高脂饲料加链脲佐菌素腹腔注射造成2型糖尿病模型后,用强的松龙和肾上腺素制备中医血瘀证大鼠模型,从而得到2型糖尿病血瘀证大鼠模型。造模完成后对各项指标进行检测。结果:2型糖尿病血瘀证大鼠模型与2型糖尿病大鼠模型空腹血糖比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),血液流变学各项指标与空白组和2型糖尿病模型组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:本实验方法可以作为动物实验中2型糖尿病血瘀证模型的制备方法。Objective：To study experimental blood stasis syndrome of type 2 diabetes mellitus animal model in rats.Meth-ods：Rat model of blood stasis syndrome of type 2 diabetes mellitus was induced by diets and streptozotocin united pred-nisolone and epinephrine.Contents of fasting blood glucose and hemorheology parameters were detected.Results：Com-pared with blank control group and type 2 diabetes mellitus group,hemorheology parameters were significantly decreased in blood stasis syndrome of type 2 diabetes mellitus group（P0.05）.Conclusion：A rat model of blood stasis syndrome of type 2 diabetes mellitus is successfully established.This rat model can be used in experimental studies.
