摘　　要：介绍了奥氏体不锈钢薄壁压力容器焊接过程中容易产生的问题及应对措施。通过实例,介绍了奥氏体不锈钢薄壁压力容器焊缝的返修方法和工艺。结果表明,焊缝返修完全可行,产品质量符合相关标准要求。In this article, some usually met problems in the welding process for thin wall austenitic steel pressure vessel as well as the countered measures were introduced. With the practical example, the repair method and process for the welds in thin wall austenitic steel pressure vessel was described. It has been proved that the repair of the welds is feasible, and the quality can reach the requirements in the relevant standards.
