无油润滑技术在氮氢气压缩机的应用

摘　　要：采用无油润滑技术对氮氢压缩机连续运行时间短的问题进行了技术改造,压缩机在扩缸的同时进行无油润滑技术改造。对比了改造前后的生产运行效果和经济效益。结果表明,改造后压缩机连续使用时间是改造前的8倍,且每年因节能增产可获得直接经济效益约64万元。By using oil-free lubrication technique, with respect to the problem of short continuous performance time of nitrogen-hydro- gen compressor, the technical reform was carried out. The performances of the compressor and economic profits before and after reform were compared. It was shown that the continuous performance time of the compressor after the reform is 8 times of that before the reform and the annual economic profit resulted from the energy saving can reach 0.64 million yuan.
