摘  要:将环氧树脂溶于丙烯酸酯混合单体中,采用乳液聚合的方法,制备了环氧树脂/聚丙烯酸酯自固化复合乳液。研究了乳化剂和稳定剂用量、环氧树脂的含量以及体系中羧基与环氧基摩尔比对复合乳液性能的影响;研究了体系中环氧树脂对复合乳液聚合速率的影响。结果表明:乳化剂和稳定剂的用量、体系中羧基与环氧基摩尔比值和环氧树脂的用量都对乳液聚合以及复合乳液的性能产生影响;随体系中环氧树脂含量的增加,单体的转化速率降低,但复合乳液涂膜的吸水率也降低。Epoxy resin was dissolved in acrylate monomers, and the epoxy/polyacrylate self-curing composite latex was prepared by emulsion polymerization. The effects of content of emulsifiers, stabilizing agents, and epoxy resin, as well as the ratios of earboxyl and epoxy in the system on polymerizing and the performances of composite emulsion was studied. The effect of epoxy resin on the polymerizing reaction rate was also researched. The results showed that the dosage of emulsifiers, stabilizing agent and epoxy resin, as well as the ratio of carboxyl and epoxy affected on the polymerizing and the performances of the composite emulsion. The polymerizing reaction rate decreased and the rate of water absorbing of the polymer membranes increased with the increasing epoxy resin in the system.
