摘 要:由于可生物降解和较高的性价比,淀粉成为了纺织浆料的首选。为克服淀粉浆料的硬脆性,改善对纤维的粘附性,需要改变淀粉化学和聚集态结构,降低其材料的结晶度和有序程度。采用深度化学变性,用环境友好的小分子或水性高分子对淀粉进行物理变构,引入环境友好的无机纳米粒子,应是今后淀粉基纺织浆料高性能化的三个重要研究方向。Starch and its derivatives have become the first choice of sizing material due to their biodegradability and high perform- ance cost ratio. For overcoming their intrinsic brittleness and improving their adhesivity for fibers, the chemical and supermolecular structures of starches should be changed to lower their crystallinity and ordered structure. The significant researches for high-tech starch-based sizes should focus on deep chemical modification of starch, physical modification of starch with environmental-friendly small molecules or waterborne polymers, and introducing inorganic nano-particles into starchy materials.
