摘　　要：针对Coolplus/棉14.6 tex混纺纱毛羽多、强力差等特点,在不用PVA浆的条件下,选用合适浆料品种,确定最佳浆料组分配比,测试分析了浆液、浆膜性能及浆纱质量等,同时进行上机织造和退浆处理。结果表明该浆料配方完全满足织造各工序要求。Aimming at the characteristics of much hairiness and low strength on 14. 6 tex Coolplus/cotton blended yarn, without PVA, it choosed the right size, determined the optimal proportion of size components, tested and analyzed the performances of serosity, size film, sizing quality, etc. , and then it did the weaving processing and the desizing processing. The results showed the choosed size could completely satisfy the requests of each processes.
