摘 要:煤灰纱是长期困扰纺织厂的一大难题。通过对煤灰纱形成原因的分析,得出煤灰纱的产生受大气污染程度、气象条件作用(包括风力与湍流作用、逆温层作用等)、生产过程中的静电作用及工艺有害物的产生等众多因素的影响,具有时间长、影响面积大、产生机理复杂等特点。总结了煤灰纱产生的规律,并从生产工艺改进、新(回)风过滤、空调喷淋室的改进、通风系统正压设计、预警值班制度等方面分析了煤灰纱的防治措施。Ash yarn is a problem textile factory worrying. By analysis of the forming reasons, it found that the forming of ash yarn was influenced by the level of atmospheric pollution, the weather conditions role (including the role of wind and turbulence, the role of the inversion layer), the electrostatic interaction during the production process and the production of many other harmful factors. The ash yarn has the character of long time, big affected area, complex producing mechanism and many influent factors. It summarized the law of ash yam produced, and analyzes the control measures from the production process improvement, new (back) air filtration, air--conditioning spray room improvment, positive pressure ventilation system design, early warning system and etc.
