摘  要:用触角电位仪测试了棉铃虫成虫对8种小叶杨萎蔫叶片挥发物及挥发物混配后的触角电位反应。实验结果表明,未交配雄蛾对丁香酚、叶绿醇、3-甲基苯甲醛的触角电位反应值较高;处女蛾对环庚酮、2-羟基苯甲醛、3-甲基苯甲醛的触角电位反应值也较大,交配后的雌雄蛾对苯乙醇的触角电位反应值最高。但成虫都对3-甲基苯甲醛有较强烈的反应(EAG值都较大),将对各自有较大触角电位反应值的3种化合物两两进行混配,成虫对混合物的触角电位反应值总体上有增大的趋势,部分有减小的趋势,但减小的电位值较小。The Eleetroantennographic (EAG) responses of Helicoverpa armigera (Htibner) moths to eight kinds of Populus simonii Carr volatiles were tested. The main conclusions as follow: The EAG of unmated male moth response to Eugenol, Ptytol,M--Tolualdehyde were higher than other chemicals; The EAG of virgin moth response to Cycloheptanone, Salicylaldehyde, M--Tolualdehyde were higher than other chemicals; The EAG of mated male and female moth response to Phenethylalcohol was highest than other chemicals. The EAG of all the moth response to M--Tolualdehyde were significant high. The EAG of moth response to mixtures chemicals were higher than signal chemical but EAG of only a few moth response to mixtures chemicals were blower than signal chemical.
