摘 要:为了正确评估数字化炮兵作战能力,运用复杂系统理论,建立了数字化炮兵作战系统层次结构模型,并将原层次分析法中判断矩阵一致性检验和计算各要素权重转化为非线性优化问题,用一种通用的全局优化算法—加速遗传算法进行求解,最后引入相关算例。通过对比评价结果,说明该方法增强了评价的稳定性和准确性,并且易于计算机编程实现,应用更加简便。In order to evaluate the combat capacity of the digital artillery, this paper builds the digital artillery operational system hierarchy model with applying the complex system theory. Moreover, it transforms the judgment matrix consistency checking in the analytic hierarchy process and the elements’ value computing into problem of nonlinear optimization. With a kind of general optimization algorithm (accelerating genetic algorithm), it introduces the related computing examples and compares the evaluation results. This process shows that the algorithm strengthens the evaluations stability and accuracy. At the same time, it is available for the computer programming realization and convenient for being applied.
