摘　　要：HLA带给建模与仿真界的资源重用及仿真系统互操作的好处已成为现实,如何将现有的仿真系统转换成HLA兼容的联邦成员,并实现联邦成员软件的快速开发及其重用,成为HLA联邦成员软件开发的一个技术方向。针对HLA软件开发环境展开研究,在分析了国内外联邦成员开发工具的基础上,提出了基于网络接口的HLA软件开发环境,实现了对联邦执行文件和联邦成员HLA代码的自动生成。The benefit of reused and interoperability that HLA brings MS has become reality. The methods that how to transfer the existing simulation system to HLA Federation, and how to realize federates quick development and reused, become a technical direction of HLA federate software. This paper starts to research HLA software’s development environment, and analyzes the federate development tools of nation and foreign, and brings out HLA software development environment based on network interface. It has realized the automatic generation of fed and federate.
