蝎子草浸膏的抗炎、抗痛风及镇静作用研究

摘　　要：制备蝎子草浸膏,采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法和角叉菜胶致小鼠足肿胀法,并测定小鼠炎足中PGE2、MDA、SOD含量及高尿酸血症模型小鼠血尿酸含量,研究蝎子草浸膏的抗炎和抗痛风作用;采用自主活动测定法、转杆法和高架十字迷宫法,研究蝎子草浸膏对小鼠中枢神经兴奋性系统的影响.结果表明:蝎子草浸膏能降低二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀效果,并降低小鼠炎足中MDA、PGE2含量,具有抗炎作用;能降低血尿酸,具有抗痛风作用;减少小鼠自主活动次数,降低运动协调性,具有镇静作用.Objective： To study on the Anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of Girardinia suborbiculata C.J.Chen extract by using dimethylbenzene-induced ear swelling on mice,carrageenan-induced hind paw edema,and assessing level of PGE2,MDA in the paw of rats and serum SOD,and hyperuricemia in hyperuricemia model mice.By using autonomic activity test,rotating rods method,and the elevated plus-maze test to observe the sedative effects of Girardinia suborbiculata C.J.Chen extract.The result showed that the ear edema induced by dimethylbenzene and paw edema induced by carrageenan in mice were inhibited significantly by Girardinia suborbiculata C.J.Chen extract,it also decreased the level of MDA,and it inhibited the synthesis of PGE2 in the injected paw of rats caused by carrageenan,it had anti-inflammatory effect.The serum uric acid level significantly increased by injected xanthine in model mices were decreased by Girardinia suborbiculata C.J.Chen extract,so it have analgesic effects,furthermore,it could decrease the spontaneous activity and depress the balance ability of mice,it also has sedative effects.
