摘　　要：为了对新型农村合作医疗定点医疗机构规范化管理进行实证研究,以陕西、吉林、云南、浙江四省为例,从新合疗的定点医疗机构、新农合经办中心、参合患者三方的需求入手,对医患三方的费用限额、药品目录、转院审批、医疗机构的诊疗项目等方面进行了分析论证,旨在提出科学、合理、规范的政策与建议。In order to study the standardized management of the new type cooperative rural medical care services,four provinces are taken as examples for the discussion on the fixed medical care services,new center of rural cooperative business and the patieuts.some analyses were made on the limited charge,medicine catalogue,examination and approval procedures in order to make suggestions scientific,reasonable and standardized for the departments concerned.
