礼、法冲突与柳宗元的理性精神——以《驳复仇议》为中心的考察

摘　　要：围绕柳宗元《驳复仇议》所关涉之问题,文章从唐律尊法与崇礼的矛盾、唐人的道德习尚以及柳州创作此文的背景等不同层面,论析了柳宗元以理性、逻辑见长的理性思维精神及其执著于现实的思想品格。大致从三个层面展开。一是结合相关的文史文献材料,揭示唐代社会崇重孝义的社会文化心理以及民众的道德期待与封建国家稳定社会秩序的现实需求之间的龃龉;二是在此基础上通过对柳州《驳复仇议》以及与之有连带关系的几篇文章的对比分析,论述柳宗元思考问题所体现的思维特点;三是围绕此文的创作背景,揭橥柳宗元关注现实的思想家、政治家的品格与风范。The problems ware discussed about Liu′s essay‘A Refutation of Revenge’and an analysis of Liu′s logical rationalism and insistence on reality was made in the perspectives of the contradiction of the laws and rites abided by the Tang Dynasty,the modes and customs of his time and the background for his writing.It is developed in three different but interconnected ways： by consulting relevant literature which exposes the disparity between the sociocultural psyche of reverence for piety and rite,the moral expectation of the populace,and the practical needs for social stability;by making a contrastive analysis of the essay and other relevant essays,and a study of the characteristics in Liu′s thinking style;and by examining the background for his writing,and exploring the virtues or features of Liu Zongyuan as a thinker and a statesman-a deep concern for the reality.
