摘　　要：在分析20世纪60年代以来世界产业结构变动趋势的基础上,剖析发达国家优化产业结构和经济增长方式的主要机制和措施,探讨世界产业结构调整趋势给中国产业结构升级和转变经济增长方式带来新的机遇和挑战,提出中国产业升级战略应处理好扩大就业和提升国际分工地位的关系,以促进产业间的结构优化和产业价值链各个环节的升级。Based on the analysis of the changes of the world industrial structure from 1960s,the main mechanisms the developed countries used to optimize their industrial structures and economic growth mode were discussed and the new opportunities and challenges of China′s industrial upgrading and transformation in the trend of the world industrial structure adjustment were explored.It is suggested that China′s industrial upgrading strategy should optimize its inter-industry structural and industrial chain.
