论续修志书推广索引体裁的历史必然性

摘　　要：本文从我国旧志没有索引,首轮省、市、县新志绝大多数不设置索引以及方志界对书后索引比较陌生的实际情况出发,论述了续修地方志编制索引的必要性和紧迫性,主张将索引当作志书体裁之一,从第二轮志书编纂起实行述、记、志、传、图、表、录、索引八体并用,以志为主的编纂体例,并且认为计算机辅助编制模式促成了地方志书普及索引的可行性。From actual conditions of our old annals and first round of most new local chronicles of the province,city and county levels not making index and the annals circles being new to index,the article discusses the necessity and imminence of entering in the index in second round of local chronicles,advocates that we must take index as a type of literature for annals and institut the compiling regulation of eight types running parallel and give first place to annals type from the second round and thinks that the mode of computer-aided index-compiling helps to bring about real feasibility of index popularization in the local chronicles.
