摘　　要：为了定量综合评价语音业务健康状况,引入了健康度的概念。通过对线性加权法、主成分分析法、模糊综合评价法等多种评价方法的研究比较,建立了语音业务健康度评价模型——模糊综合评价模型,实现了语音业务健康状况的量化评估,对现实网络的运维和管理有重要意义。Concept of health degree used as the quantitative index for evaluating health conditions of voice service is presented.Based on the discussion of the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation algorithm in detail,the evaluation models for the health of voice service-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model,which is significant to the real network operation and management,is established.
