摘 要:介绍金昌冶炼厂300kt/a铜冶炼烟气制酸装置干吸工序在生产过程中出现的一些情况,通过对该工序吸收塔循环酸泵由小改大,吸收酸冷器由板式改为阳极保护管壳式和对吸收塔循环酸槽加水管的改造等项目的实施,使工序中设备运行的可靠性大大地提高。通过对干燥塔循环酸槽溢流排放管路的改造,从而避免因操作不当而引起的满槽溢流硫酸污染环境的现象。通过对吸收塔上酸量等参数的优化控制,从而减少出塔气体雾沫夹带,减轻了下游管道等设备的腐蚀。The situations occurred are described during the production of the dry absorption section of the 300 kt/a sulphuric acid production plant from copper smeltering gas of Jinchang Smeltery.Through implementation of projects such as the change of circulating acid pump size to bigger one in the absorber,change of absorbed acid cooler from plate type to anodic protection tube & shell type,and the addition of water pipe for the circulating acid tank of the absorber,the reliability of equipment operation in the section is significantly increased.Through revamp of the overflow drain pipe of the circulating acid tank of the drying tower,it avoids environmental pollution by overflowing sulphuric acid due to improper operation.Through optimized control of parameters such as the acid supply volume to the absorber,it reduces the mist carrying in the gas leaving the tower,which reduces corrosion of downstream pipes and equipment.
