摘 要:从塑料材料、零件设计、注塑加工过程以及使用条件等层次探讨注塑件强度设计的安全系数分类,讨论了零件承受载荷种类与塑料特性以及设计安全系数之间的关系,针对复杂注塑件,采用结构CAE软件来预测注塑件的设计安全系数,以优化零件的几何设计;采用模流CAE软件来预测注塑件的加工过程对安全系数的影响,以优化零件的注塑加工,通过工程实例,综合应用结构CAE及模流CAE软件,来验证、预测注塑件的强度。The classifications of safety coefficients for the strength design of injection-molding part were discussed from the aspects of plastic material,part design,injection molding process and the operation condition.The relations between the loads,the plastic property and the design safety coefficients were analyzed.Structure CAE software was adopted to predict the design safety coefficient to optimize the geometry part design.The Mold flow CAE software was applied to simulate the effects of molding process on safety coefficient of injection-molding part to optimize the injection molding process of parts.Combined with the engineering case,the structure CAE software and the Mold-flow CAE software were integrated to predict strength design of injection-molding part.
