摘 要:植物多糖不仅具有免疫调节、降血糖、降血脂、抗氧化等生物活性,而且大多具有毒性较小的特点,在疾病预防及保健产品开发等方面具有广阔的应用前景。综述了近年来植物多糖的提取与分离纯化方法,多糖的结构鉴别技术以及在免疫调节、抗肿瘤、降血糖、降血脂、抗氧化、抗病毒等药理活性方面的研究与应用进展,并对桑叶多糖的研究与开发应用概况作了简要评述。Plant polysaccharides not only have biological functions such as immunoregulation, lowering blood glucose and lipid levels, and antioxidation but also are characterized by very low toxicity, showing broad application prospects in disease prevention and development of health care products. This article summarized progress of research and application on methodology for the extraction, separation and purification of plant polysaccharides, structural identification technology for polysaccharides, as well as on pharmacological activities of polysaccharides on immunoregulation, lowering blood glucose and lipid levels, antioxidation, and antivirus. Besides, a brief review was made on the research,development and application of polysaccharides in mulberry leaves.
