摘  要:昆虫病原线虫及其共生菌作为重要的害虫天敌类群被广泛用于农林害虫的防治。为了筛选能安全用于蚕区大田农作物及桑树害虫防治的昆虫病原线虫及其共生菌,用对多种病虫害具有较强致病性的格氏线虫(Steinernema glaseri)SY5及其共生菌波氏致病杆菌(Xenorhabdus poinarii)SY5的悬浮液给家蚕刚孵化的幼虫添食,观察其对家蚕是否具有毒杀作用。试验结果表明:供试昆虫病原线虫及其共生菌对家蚕幼虫的发育历期、存活率、化蛹率和全茧量均无明显影响。进一步明确昆虫病原线虫S.glaseri SY5及其共生菌X.poinarii SY5对家蚕的安全性后,有望应用于蚕区农作物及桑树害虫的防治。Entomopathogenic nematodes and their symbiotic bacteria are widely used as natural enemies for pest control in agriculture and forestry. In order to find a safe entomopathogenic nematode and its symbiotic bacteria for pest control in field crops and mulberries of silkworm raising areas, the suspension of nematode Xenorhabdus poinarii SY5 and its symbiotic bacterium Steinernema glaseri SY5, both of which have high pathogenicity to many insects, were administered to the newly hatched Bombyx mori larvae for the observation of toxicity to the larvae. The results indicated that the larvae duration, survival rate, pupation rate and cocoon weight were not affected obviously by the administration of Steinernema glaseri SY5 and Xenorhabdus poinarii SY5. After further evaluation of their safety to Bombyx mori, S. glaseri SY5 and X. poinarii SY5 are expected to be used in pest control for field crops and mulberries in silkworm raising areas.
