摘　　要：在谷歌宣布由于网络审查等原因关闭谷歌中国网站的决定前后,引发了一系列反应和争端。全文试图通过辨析"谷歌退出"的理由,对其影响进行客观评估,来审视我国现行的互联网政策,在加深对其合理性认识的同时,做一些必要的思考,提出一些改进建议,以期能对我国互联网政策的优化有所助益。Before and after Google announced to shut down its China web site because of such factors as internet review and so on, a series of reactions and debate is triggered. By analyzing the reasons for Google to withdraw from China, this paper makes objective evaluation on its influence, surveys current China＇ s internet policy, deepens recognition of its rationality and makes necessary thinking and suggestions in order to help optimization of China＇ s intemet policy.
