摘　　要：文章基于层次分析法和模糊评价法初步建立了城市住区景观环境使用后评价的指标体系,并结合水木花都小区的案例进行了应用,以期引起公众对我国园林项目中开展POE的重视和研究。With the development of Chinese economy, thousands of residential areas are being designed and constructed. But when they have been put into use, many projects cannot satisfy the demand of the users. POE （post occupancy evaluation） is a research on the systematic evaluation on built environment. Based on AHP and fuzzy evaluation method, this paper initially establishes post occupancy evaluation system of landscape environment in urban residential area. The Shuimuhuadu residence area was taken as a case, aiming to increase the public awareness of POE in Chinese landscape architecture Design and attract more funds for researches.
