摘　　要：制度反腐败是中国共产党依靠制度建设从源头上遏制腐败的一项重要举措,它的提出对进一步完善党的领导具有重要意义。制度反腐败要结合中国市场经济和法治建设的战略背景,遵循制度建设的基本原则,把握反腐败的核心要素,通过建立制度反腐败的创新体系进行全方位治理。Anti-corruption with the system is an important measure to curbs corruption from the source for the Communist Party of China.It＇s being proposed has great significance for further improving the party＇s leadership.Currently,anti-corruption with the system must combine the strategic background about the China＇s market economy and the Construction of the rule of law,follow the basic principles of system construction,grasp the core elements of the anti-corruption.Anti-corruption through the establishment of innovation system to conduct all-round of governance.
