摘　　要：目的探讨小儿恶性淋巴瘤中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和Ki67的表达及其相互关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测28例小儿恶性淋巴瘤和8例正常淋巴组织中VEGF和Ki67的表达;应用原位杂交技术检测VEGF mRNA的表达。结果 VEGF和Ki67在小儿恶性淋巴瘤组织中的表达高于正常淋巴组织(P<0.01),VEGF和Ki67的表达之间呈正相关(r=0.592,P<0.01)。结论 VEGF和Ki67在小儿恶性淋巴瘤发生、发展中起重要作用,有望成为预测肿瘤发生和诊断的良好指标。Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） and Ki67 in pediatric malignant lymphoma and to evaluate the relationship between VEGF and Ki67. Methods With mouse anti-human VEGF and Ki67 monoclonal antibody, immunohistochemistry was used to examine the expression of VEGF and Ki67 between 28 cases of pediatric malignant lymphoma and 8 cases of normal lymph tissue as their contrast. VEGF mRNA expression was examined by in situ hybridization. Results The expressions of Ki67 and VEGF proteins were higher in pediatric malignant lymphoma than those of the normal ones （P 〈0.01）. VEGF expressions and Ki67 in pediatric malignant lymphoma were positively related （r=0.592, P 〈0.01）. Conclusion The expression of VEGF and Ki67 reflects the ability of tumor growth, oncogenesis and proliferation and becomes a good marker in forecasting tumor occurrence and diagnosing the cancer. Combined examination of VEGF expression and Ki67 has an important significance in evaluating the biological behavior of pediatric malignant lymphoma.
