高效液相色谱法测定参芪博力康片中淫羊藿苷的含量

摘　　要：目的建立参芪博力康片中淫羊藿苷含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX SB-C_(18)柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);V(乙腈):V(水)=30:70为流动相;流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长270 nm。结果淫羊藿苷在0.063～1.58μg范围内具有良好线性关系,平均回收率为97.1%,相对标准偏差为0.83%。结论该法可用于参芪博力康片中淫羊藿苷的含量测定。Objective To set up a method for determining the content of icariin in Shenqibolikang tablets. Methods The separation was performed by high performance liquid chromatography in a ZORBAX SB-C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm） with a mobile phase of V（acetonitrile） ： V（water）=30 ： 70. The flow was 1.0 mL/min and the detective wavelength was set at 270 nm. Results The standard icariin showed a good linear correlation within the range 0.063-1.58 μg. The average recovery of the loading was 97.1% and the relative standard deviation was 0.83 %. Conclusion This method can be used for quality control of the icariin in Shenqibolikang tablets.
