归甲疏通胶囊对大鼠输卵管炎性阻塞的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨归甲疏通胶囊对大鼠输卵管炎性阻塞的影响。方法将150只雌性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、桂枝茯苓胶囊组、归甲疏通胶囊高剂量组、归甲疏通胶囊低剂量组,每组30只,除正常对照组外,其余各组大鼠建立输卵管炎性阻塞模型。正常对照组和模型对照组灌胃蒸馏水,桂枝茯苓胶囊组灌胃桂枝茯苓胶囊0.69 g/kg,归甲疏通胶囊高、低剂量组分别灌胃归甲疏通胶囊2.25 g/kg(相当于临床用量15倍)、0.75 g/kg。每组给药1次/d,连续给药15 d。结果归甲疏通胶囊治疗后输卵管粗细不匀、苍白、肿胀、粘连、弹性变差、积水、化脓等病理变化明显减轻,输卵管通畅率明显提高,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),归甲疏通胶囊组大鼠受孕率达到70%～80%,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与桂枝茯苓胶囊组比较差异无统计学意义。结论归甲疏通胶囊可明显减轻大鼠输卵管炎症,改善输卵管通畅情况,提高受孕率。Objective To explore the effect of the Guijiashutong （GJST） capsule on the salpingitis obstruction in rats. Methods 100 female Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups, normal group, model group, Guizhifuling （GZFL） capsule group, GJST capsule high dose group, and GJST capsule low dose group, with 20 rats in each group. Except normal control group, the model rats of salpingitis obstruction were made in other groups. The normal group and the model group were given distilled water via gastrogavage. The positive drug control group was given GZFL capsule 0.69 g/kg body weight via gastrogavage. The high and low dose groups of GJST capsule were given GJST capsule 2.25 g/kg body weight （equivalent to 15 times the clinical dosage） or 0.75 g/kg body weight via gastrogavage. The rats were administered one time per day, continuous administration of 15 days. Results After treatment of GJST capsule, the pathological changes of fallopian tube with uneven thickness, pale, swelling, adhesion, elasticity variation, water and purulent significantly decreased. The reopen rate of fallopian tube was significantly improved and there were significant differences compared with that of the model group （P 〈0.05）. The rate of pregnancy in the high and low dose groups was 70%-80%, and there were significant differences compared with that of model group （P 〈0.05）, but there were not significant differences compared with that of GZFL capsule group. Conclusion These results suggest that GJST capsule decrease inflammation of fallopian tubes in rats, improve the reopen rate of fallopian tubes and increase the rate of pregnancy.
