摘 要:目的了解三甲医院临床护士的职业认知状况。方法采用整群抽样调查的方法 ,对甘肃省3家三甲医院的940名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果临床护士结构年轻化;临床护士职业认知各因素中优质护理行为分值较高,工作满意度其次,工作氛围、工作特点的分值较低;省级与市级三甲医院的临床护士在职业认同、工作特点、工作氛围几方面存在显著性差异,在优质护理行为、工作满意度方面存在非常显著性差异。不同地域的市级三甲医院的临床护士在优质护理行为、工作满意度及工作氛围方面的认知有非常显著性差异;不同年龄的护士在职业认同和工作特点上不存在差异。不同护龄的护士在职业认同和工作满意度方面有显著性差异,在优质护理行为方面存在非常显著性差异。结论医院级别、年龄、护龄等对临床护士职业认知程度有重要影响。Objective To understand the clinical nurse status of professional cognition in threetop hospitals. Methods Using the cluster sample survey method, the survey among 940 clinical nurses in three three-top hospitals in Gansu province was conducted. Results The structure of clinical nurses promoted younger staff. In different kinds of factors of clinical nurses' professional cognition, the higher quality care had higher scores and the second one was job satisfaction and the working environment while working characteristics had relatively lower scores. Among the clinical nurses in the provincial and municipal three-top hospitals significant differences existed in professional identity, working environment and characteristics. There were significant differences in high quality care behavior, job satisfaction. Significant differences existed among the three municipal top hospitals' clinical nurses of different regions in awareness of high quality care behavior, job satisfaction and work environment. And the cognition for job satisfaction and working environment were significantly different. Nurses at different ages had no difference in professional identity and working characteristics. Nurses of different nursing experience had difference in career identity and job satisfaction and significant differences in high-quality care behavior. Conclusion Hospital level, age, and nursing experience have a major impact on clinical nurses' professional cognition.
