摘　　要：目的:观察中药胰泰复方对慢性胰腺炎胰腺纤维化大鼠TGF-β1及Smad2/3表达的影响。方法:13.3%的L-精氨酸左下腹腔注射制备大鼠慢性胰腺炎模型,予相关药物灌胃治疗,2个月后处死各组动物后取材;免疫组织化学法检测各组大鼠胰腺组织TGF-β1及Smad2/3的表达。结果:模型组TGF-β1及Smad2/3的表达明显高于空白组、中药对照组及中药治疗组;中药治疗组的表达低于中药对照组。结论:胰泰复方能降低纤维化胰腺组织中TGF-β1及Smad2/3的表达,有效阻止和逆转慢性胰腺炎纤维化的进程。Objective：To investigate the effect of Yitai Compounded Medication on pancreatitis fibrosis and the expression of TGF-β1 and Smad2/3 in rats.Methods：To establish the chronic pancreatitis rats model with 13.3% L-arginine with the method of celiac injection,10 days after,Titai Compounded Medication was gave to the rats model and the samples of pancreas were collected after 2 months for evaluating the expression of TGF-β1 and Smad2/3 by using immunohistochemistry method.Results：The expression of TGF-β1 and Smad2/3 in model group was obviously higher than normal group ,Chinese medicine control group and Chinese medicine treatment group;The expression of TGF-β1 and Smad2/3 in Chinese medicine treatment group was lower than Chinese medicine control group.Conclusion：Yitai Compounded Medication can decrease the expression of TGF-β1 and Smad2/3 in pancreatitis fibrosis tissues,it had an active effect on inhibiting of reversing of pancreatitis fibrosis in rats.
