摘 要:目的:通过比较芪参复康胶囊与红景天高原环境下抗疲劳抗缺氧,观察芪参复康胶囊在高原应激条件下提高耐低氧和抗疲劳能力。方法:从某部高原外训部队抽取一个连队86例,随机分为芪参复康胶囊组35例,红景天组30例,安慰剂组21例。进驻高原前两周开始预防性服药,进驻高原继续服药两周(海拔4300m),观测血氧饱和度,血乳酸,血液CO2含量,观测日常和军事作业后疲劳感,采用询问疲劳感和疲劳评定量表评定疲劳程度。结果:芪参复康胶囊组血氧饱和度、血乳酸,血CO2含量、脉搏、血压、呼吸与红景天组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。疲劳评定量表评分低于红景天组(P<0.01),芪参复康胶囊组血乳酸、疲劳评定量表评分\脉搏(P)次数、血压(BP)、呼吸(R)低于安慰剂组(P<0.05),血CO2含量高于安慰剂组(P<0.05)。结论:芪参复康胶囊有明显的抗疲劳,抗缺氧作用。抗疲劳作用强于红景天,抗缺氧作用与红景天相当。Objective:To observe capacity of Qishen Fukang Capsule of anti-fatigue and anti-hypoxia under conditions of plateau stress by comparative it between Qishen Fukang Capsule and Rhodiola rosea. Methods:86 soldiers were random divided into three groups,one group has 35 people treated with QiShen FuKang Capsule,the second group has 30 people treated with Rhodiola rosea,and the third group has 21 people treated with placebo. Given preventive medication before entering the plateau 2 weeks ago and continue to take medicine two weeks after entering the plateau. measured blood-oxygen saturation,blood lactate,blood CO2 content,Assessment of the degree of fatigue by fatigue assessment instrument(FAI) and inquire about the feeling of fatigue after day-to-day and military operations. Results:There was no difference of measured blood-oxygen saturation,blood lactate,blood CO2 content,pulse,blood pressure and respiratory between Qishen Fukang group and Rhodiola rosea group(P〈0.05 ).blood lactate,FAI score pulse,blood pressure and respiratory of Qishen Fukang group were obvious lower than placebo group (P〈0.05),but blood CO2 content were higher than placebo group (0.05).Conclusion:Qishen Fukang Capsule has obvious effects of anti-fatigue,anti-hypoxic. Anti-fatigue effect is stronger than Rhodiola rosea and anti-hypoxia effect almost the same with Rhodiola rosea.
