摘  要:目的:建立白附子双(5-甲酰基糠基)醚的含量测定方法,探讨炮制对白附子中双(5-甲酰基糠基)醚含量的影响。方法:采用RP-HPLC法,以AgilentHC-C18为色谱柱(5μm,250mm×4.6mm),流动相为甲醇-水(39∶61),检测波长为278nm,流速0.8mL.min-1,柱温25℃,进样量10μL。结果:双(5-甲酰基糠基)醚在0.00217~0.01953μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9990),平均加样回收率96.44%(RSD为1.09%)。白附子中双(5-甲酰基糠基)醚含量生品<加压法制品<药典法制品。结论:炮制能提高白附子中双(5-甲酰基糠基)醚含量。Objective:To establish a method for content determination of Double (5-Formyl Furfuryl) Ether contents in Rhizoma Typhonii. Effects of Processing on Double (5-Formyl Furfuryl) Ether on the Contents of Rhizoma Typhonii. Methods:The experimental condition of the RP-HPLC method was as follows:AgilentHC-C18 column(5μm,250×4.6mm),with linear gradient elution using methanol and water(39:61); The flow rate was 0.8mL/min; Detected wavelength was 278 nm. The column temperature was 25℃and sampling quantity as10μL. Results:Double (5-Formyl Furfuryl) Ether demonstrated good linear relationship in the range of 0.00217~0.01953μg(r=0.9990). The average recovery rate was 96.44%with RSD of 1.09%. Double (5-Formyl Furfuryl) Ether contents in Rhizoma Typhonii of rawPressure Method ProductsPharmacopoeia Method Products. Conclusion:Processing Can Improve the Content of Double (5-Formyl Furfuryl) Ether contents in Rhizoma Typhonii.
