基于文献计量学的针刀疗法现状分析

摘　　要：目的:通过文献分析了解针刀疗法发展现状。方法:下载1989-2006年所有针刀文献,经筛选分类后记录题目、发表时间、疾病名称、第一作者单位、单位级别、第一作者所在省区等内容,并对文献逐年积累量、地域分布、作者单位类型和级别、文献分类、优势病种进行逐项分析。结果:(1)截止2006年针刀文献积累量-时间曲线符合指数增长规律;(2)针刀文献来自我国31个省级行政区划,东部地区多于西部地区;(3)84.4%的文献来自各级医疗机构,6.4%的文献来自高校和科研院所;(4)94.5%的文献为临床研究类,3.9%的文献为基础研究和综述;(5)运动系统慢性损伤、颈椎病、颈源性疾病、腰椎间盘突出症、骨性关节炎占临床研究类文献总量的87.5%。结论:(1)近年针刀疗法发展速度较快;(2)东部地区尤其是东南沿海针刀从业人员数量高于西部地区;(3)针刀研究以临床研究为主,基础研究非常薄弱;(4)目前针刀治疗的适应症主要集中在运动系统慢性损伤、颈椎病、颈源性疾病、腰椎间盘突出症、骨性关节炎。Objective：To find out acupotomology developing situation by analysing literature.Methods：Download all the acupotomology literature published between 1989 and 2006. Record the theme,the year when published,the disease,the work unit of first author,the level of work unit,the province of fist author after getting rid of unrelated literature. Analyse literature accumulation every year,the author regional distribution,the work unit type and level,the literature type,dominant diseases of every paper. Results：（1）The literature accumulation-time curve accords with exponential growth. （2）Acupotomology papers come from 31 provinces,more from easten provinces then from westen provinces.（3）84.4% of the papers come from clinical institution at different levels,6.4% of the papers come from university and research institute.（4） 94.5% of the papers are about clinical research,3.9% of the papers are about basic reseach and summarize.（5）87.5% of the clinical papers are about chronic strain of movement system,cervical spondylosis,cervicogenic disease,lumbar disc herniation,osteoarthritis. Conclusion：（1）Acupotomology is coming into a highly developping stage. （2）The acupotomology practioners from eastern province especially southeast coastal area are more than from western province.（3）Now the reserch on acupotomology give priority to clinical reseach,compared the weakness of basic reseach.（4）Now the dominant diseases of acupotomology are chronic strain of movement system,cervical spondylosis,cervicogenic disease,lumbar disc herniation,osteoarthritis.
