外用红油膏促创面愈合抗炎作用的机理研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药红油膏促机体创面愈合的抗炎作用机理。方法:将实验小鼠分为3组,分别为红油膏组、龙珠软膏组及生理盐水组。各药膏组药物经稀释后与生理盐水分别进行小鼠腹腔注射,检测巨噬细胞激活率;通过检测吞噬鸡红细胞及吞噬酵母菌实验,衡量各组药液对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能;另将小鼠背部正中作皮肤机械创面,分别用红油膏和龙珠软膏涂布创面,每日换药至创面愈合,于造模后1、3、5、7天时取创面中心肉芽组织按ELISA法测TNF含量。结果:红油膏组较其他组在小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞激活率、小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能方面均有显著性优势;红油膏较龙珠软膏在第1天的创面肉芽TNF含量无显著性差异,在第3、5、7天有不同程度差异。结论:红油膏具有较好的抗炎功效。Objective：To study the Hong You Ointment improve to the body＇s anti-inflammatory mechanism of wound healing.Methods：These mice were divided into Hong You ointment group,Long Zhu ointment group and saline group. The two ointment groups have been diluted. All groups mice injected with the respective drugs,then,detecting macrophage activation rate. Measuring treatment group on mouse peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis by detecting phagocytosis of chicken red blood cells and yeast phagocytosis. In addition,mouse was wounded in the skin on its center back. Using Hong You ointment and Long Zhu ointment respectively spreads the raw surface,change dressings everyday to wound healing. When duplicating model was finished,at 1st,3rd,5th,7th takes the injured area center Granulation tissue to measure the TNF content according to the ELISA. Results：Hong You ointment group in the mouse peritoneal macrophage activation rate and phagocytosis were significantly advantage than other groups. Hong You ointment compared with Long zhu ointment,the results showed that the first 1-day wound granulation TNF showed no significant difference,and in 3rd,5th,7th days has the varying degree difference. Conclusion：Hong You Ointment has better anti-inflammatory effect.
