摘　　要：通过治疗性欲减退、遗精和不射精3则男科疾病,介绍了经方四逆散在男科应用的临床经验。四逆散为仲景经方,临床若对证则疗效满意,灵活变通,加减运用于多种男科疾病证属肝郁不舒者,因法切病机,方中肯綮,故获良效。充分体现了"异病同治"的科学性。男科疾病多为隐疾,患者多隐约其言,所以在药物治疗的同时,嘱其注意调摄精神,畅其情志,节制房事,加强锻炼,并对一些难言之隐进行必要的引导和心理治疗,是非常重要的。By treating loss of libido, spermatorrhea, and no ejaculation three andrology disease introduced by the parties in the male subjects Sinisan applied clinical experience.
