解颅证治之中西医比较

摘　　要：解颅一病,自古难治。现代医学采用外科手术疗法治疗本病虽有一定疗效,但因手术成功率较低、并发症较多等原因,应用尚不普遍;而祖国医学对解颅的诊治已积累了较为丰富的经验,如果能够从文献学角度全面系统地分析这些学术瑰宝,将会对中西医结合治疗本病具有非常重要的现实意义。有鉴于此,以文献学研究为切入点,对本病的证治作了深入的探讨。Infantile metopism has been a refractory disease since ancient times.Although there is determinate curative effect on treatment of the disease with modern medical surgery therapy,it is not a widely applicable treatment for various reasons. Nevertheless,TCM has gained rich experience in treatment of infantile metopism and it will be of great practical significance if we can analyze roundly the learned gem from literature angle.Accordingly,the author researched into syndrome treatment for the disease from literature angle. Hereon,only similarities and differences are discussed about TCM and western mdicine.
