中药联合表皮细胞移植和RB-bFGF治疗白癜风  

Efficacy Analysis of Chinese Materia Medica Joint Self Epidermis Transplantion and RB-bFGF Treatment with Vitiligo

摘　　要：目的:观察中药联合自体表皮移植术和重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(Recombinant Bovinebasic Fibroblast Growth Facto-r,RB-bFGF)治疗稳定期白癜风的疗效。方法:对194例稳定期白癜风患者进行随机分组,治疗组97例(671个皮损),口服中药"克白灵Ⅰ、Ⅱ号片"联合自体表皮移植术和外用RB-bFGF;对照组97例(629个皮损),口服中药"克白灵Ⅰ、Ⅱ号片"联合自体表皮移植术。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为97.92%和89.99%,两组比较P<0.001;痊愈率分别为48.28%和30.04%,两组比较P<0.001,表明治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:中药"克白灵Ⅰ、Ⅱ号片"联合自体表皮移植术和RBbFGF,能提高自体表皮细胞移植术移植皮片的成活率,显著提高移植皮片的痊愈率,治疗稳定期白癜风疗效确切。Objective：To evaluate the clinicai curative effect of treating vitiligo with Chinese materia medica joint Self epidermis transplantion and RB-bFGF（Recombinant Bovine basic Fibroblast Growth Factor）.Methods：The 194 cases stationry phase vitiligo were divided randomly into two groups. The treating group had 97 cases （671 pice of vitiligo） treated by Chinese materia medica “antivitiligo tablet Ⅰand Ⅱ” joint self epidermis transplantion and RB-bFGF,the control group had also 97 cases （629 pice of vitiligo） treated by anti-vitiligo tablet “Ⅰand Ⅱ”joint self epidermis transplantion. Results：The total effective rate of treating group and control group were 97.92% and 89.99%.There are significantly different between the two group therapeutic effect （P〈0.001）. The total recovery rate of treating group and control group were 48.28% and 30.04%. There are significantly different between the two group therapeutic effect （P〈0.001）.Conclusion：The result mentioned abover suggested that Chinese materia medica “anti-vitiligo tabletⅠand Ⅱ”joint self epidermis transplantion and RB-bFGF is better for treating vitiligo.
