薛己外科托法学术特色分析

摘　　要：通过对薛己主要著作,尤其是外科专著的研究分析,探讨其对托法的学术贡献,以俾托法现代研究有所启迪。薛己举示大量有关托法的医案,开启了托法临床研究先河;拓宽了托法应用范围;立足顾护胃气,补益脾胃,确立托法立论基础;明确了托法的作用机理;指明了托法应用的脉象依据。Based on XUE Ji＇s major works,especially analyzing the research of surgical monograph,approach its academic contribution to the method of promoting pus discharge and tissue regeneration,and to explore inspiration of the modern research to some extent.XUE Ji showed a lot of medical cases about this method which not only opened up the first clinical study,but also broadened the scope of applications. He based on reinforcing and protecting the stomach-qi and replenishing spleen-stomach,established the theoretical basis of this method,and identified its mechanism of action,and designated its application basis of pulse condition.
