超声引导下电脑遥控灌肠整复仪水压灌肠治疗小儿肠套叠的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下电脑遥控灌肠整复仪水压灌肠治疗小儿肠套叠的临床疗效。方法对185例急性肠套叠患儿行电脑遥控灌肠整复仪水压灌肠（压力7～9kPa）。结果肠套叠整复成功171例，未成功14例，整复成功率92．4％，复位时间10～40min，灌肠过程中未发现肠穿孔及患儿呕吐，出院后短期随访无复发。结论电脑遥控灌肠整复仪水压灌肠治疗小儿肠套叠效果好，且安全性好。Objective To study on the clinical effect of compute remote controlling hydrostatic enema taxis instrument for the treatment of children intussusception under ultrasound guide. Methods 185 children of acute intussusception was treated by compute remote controlling hydrostatic enema taxis instrument for the treatment of children intussusception under ultrasound guide（ pressure set at 7 -9kPa）. Analyze the relationship between the reduction rate and occurrence time of intussusception, clinical manifestation. Results 171 cases succeed, 32 cases failed ,reduction rate was 92. 4% ,time of reduction ranged from 10 min to 40 min, no intestinal perforation and vomiting were found, follow - up showed no recurrence among children. Conclusion Treating children intussusception with compute remote controlling hydrostatic enema taxis instrument under ultrasound guide is effective and safe.
