摘　　要：新疆有近一千万妇女,研究妇女就业问题,并采取有针对性的措施实现妇女充分就业,对新疆经济的发展和社会的稳定与进步,进一步提高各族人民生活水平,提前实现新疆"十一五"规划确定的目标任务以及推进全面建设小康社会进程具有十分重要的意义。There are about 10million women in Xinjiang. To research the problems of women＇s employment, and take measures to realize the aim of women＇s sufficient employment. It is of great importance to Xinjiang＇s economic development, society stability and progress, further improving each nation people＇s livelihood, advancing the realization of targets of Xinjiang＇ s ＂the Eleventh Five Year Plan＂, and pushing the progress of the overall construction of a well - off society.
