甲氨蝶呤治疗银屑病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察甲氨蝶呤治疗银屑病的临床疗效和安全性。方法 50例银屑病患者随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组各25例。治疗组患者口服甲氨蝶呤5-15 mg/周,对照组患者口服阿维A 0.510.65 mg/（kg.d）。结果经过6周治疗后治疗组总有效率80%,副作用发生率为12%;对照组总有效率76%,副作用发生率为76%。结论甲氨蝶呤5-15 mg/周治疗银屑病安全有效,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of methotrexate for psoriasis.Methods 50 patients with confirmed psoriasis were divided into two groups（treatment and controlled）.Methotrexate was given to the treatment groups and acitretin was given to the controlled group.Results 6-week after treatment,the total effective rates of was 80% in the treatment group and 76% in the controlled group.The total incidence of adverse effect was 12% in the treatment group and 76% in the controlled group.Conclusion Methotrexate was effective and safe for psoriasis.
