彩超诊断附睾结核的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨彩超诊断附睾结核的临床价值。方法对30例诊断为附睾结核彩超检查结果进行回顾性分析,其中3例行手术切除病理确诊,15例超声引导经皮穿刺组织活检病理确诊,12例经临床综合检查及抗结核治疗痊愈。结果附睾结核超声表现为附睾体积不同程度增大,形态失常,呈高回声或低回声结节样改变,多数伴有阴囊积液;少数形成冷脓肿;血流信号丰富,动脉阻力指数偏高。病理表现为不同程度坏死组织、嗜酸性肉芽肿、局灶性钙化、灶性液化区。结论彩超对附睾结核的诊断具有一定临床价值,值得推广应用。Objective To explore diagnosis value of epididymal tuberculosis with color Doppler ultrasound.Methods 30 cases diagnosed as epididymal tuberculosis with color Doppler examination were retrospectively analyzed.There were 3 cases with surgical removal of pathological diagnosis,15 cases of ultrasound-guided percutaneous biopsy confirmed,12 cases by clinical examination and comprehensive anti-TB treatment cure.Results Epididymal tuberculosis sonogrames showed degrees of increase in volume of the epididymis,form disorders,a high or low echo echo-like changes in nodules,most of the scrotum associated with fluid,a small number of the formation of cold abscess,rich in blood flow signa,high artery resistance index.Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis for epididymis tuberculosis has some clinical value.
