摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理干预对帕金森病(PD)患者抑郁症抑郁症状的作用及影响。方法用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)对85例PD伴抑郁患者进行测评。随机分为试验组44例,对照组41例。试验组在药物综合治疗基础上给予心理护理干预,并在治疗2个月末再次进行抑郁自评量表评估。结果经心理护理干预,试验组患者抑郁症状明显减轻(P<0.001)。结论心理护理干预可有效地改善患者的抑郁症状,对患者身心康复具有重要作用和影响。Objective To investigate the efficacy of psychotherapy in Parkinson＇ s disease（PD） with depression.Methods 85 PD patients with depression were assigned randomly into treatment group（44 cases） and controls（41 cases）.The treatment group received psychotherapy in addition to anti-parkinsonian drugs.Before the beginning of the therapy and after 2 months,depression symptoms were evaluated by the brief Hamilton Depression Rating Scale（HAMD）.Results The scores of depression were decreased significantly in treatment group compared with controls（P〈0.001）.Conclusion Psychotherapeutic intervention could improve health related quality of life in PD with depression.
