摘 要:研究了活动阴极模板电解加工微小群孔加工工艺,建立了加工过程的数学模型,利用有限元方法对加工表面电流密度分布进行了数值求解。试验研究了活动阴极模板绝缘层厚度、阴极厚度及孔的分布对群孔成形精度的影响。结果表明,绝缘层厚度越大,加工孔的成形精度越好,而阴极厚度和孔分布对群孔成形精度没有明显影响。进行优化参数加工,所加工的4种不同孔径群孔均匀性较好,成形精度较高。This paper researches the process of micro array-holes machining by means of electrochemical machining with dynamic cathode template.The distribution of electric current density on the surface of work-piece is analyzed on the basis of the mathematical model of present machining process. In addition,the influences of insulating layer thickness of dynamic cathode template,cathode thickness, and distribution of holes on the shaped accuracy of array-holes are studied by experiment.From the results,the more thickness of insulating layer,the better shaped accuracy of machined holes,while cathode thickness and distribution of holes don't have obvious influences on shaped precision of holes. Simultaneously,both uniformity of machined holes of four different aperture and shaped accuracy are very well by using the optimized parameters.
