摘 要:综述了LTA型分子筛膜的合成方法、支撑体、合成液及其应用。重点介绍了静态水热合成法制备LTA型分子筛膜的无晶种法和晶种法,列举了多种涂晶手段,并介绍了几种动态水热合成法和其他新型制备概念(如真空辅助合成等);阐述了用于LTA型分子筛膜合成的各种支撑体,如α-Al2O3、TiO2、不锈钢、ZrO2、有机-无机复合支撑体等;讨论了LTA膜在有机物系脱水、气体分离等方面的应用。最后对LTA型分子筛膜的研究方向进行了展望,指出支撑体的研究开发是LTA型分子筛膜得到大规模工业化应用的关键。Advances in synthesis methods and reviewed. Static hydrothermal syntheses including applications of LTA zeolite membranes were direct and seeded growth syntheses, dynamic hydrothermal synthesis and other new syntheses (e. g. vacuum-assisted synthesis) of the LTA zeolite membranes were introduced. Supports for the LTA zeolite membranes, namely α-Al2O3, TiO2, stainless steel, ZrO2 and organic-inorganic composite supports were stated. Applications of the LTA zeolite membranes to organics dehydration and gas separation were summarized. Finally, development trend for the research of the LTA zeolite membranes were indicated, that preparation of the supports would be key factor for the extensive use of the LTA zeolite membranes in industry.
