摘  要:目的优选最佳的复方黄芪水提液的壳聚糖澄清工艺。方法经预试验确定澄清剂的大致剂量,用苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量,以药液絮凝度和多糖含量为指标,以壳聚糖加入量、絮凝温度、絮凝时间为考察因素,采用正交试验摸索最优的壳聚糖絮凝条件。结果得到了最优的絮凝工艺,即药液中壳聚糖最佳用量为2 g/L,20℃的温度下絮凝24 h。结论壳聚糖絮凝法简便易行,经济实用,制剂澄清效果好。Purpose To optimize the clarification process of compound astragalus aqueous extract with ehitosan. Methods The content of ploysaccharides was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method with ultraviolet spectrophotometer,and the orthogonal design was used to study the three factors,including the mount of chitosan solution added, the flocculation temperature and time, taking level of flocculation and the content of polysaeeharides as markers. Results The optimal clarification procedure was obtained. Under these conditions,the concentration of chitosan was 0.2% and the temperature of flocculation was 20℃ for 24 h. Conclusion The preparation shows a good clarity and the method is feasible and economical.
