摘 要:目的探讨HPLC测定蛇莓中齐墩果酸含量的方法。方法采用Thermo ODS-2HYPERTIL C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:0.065 moL/L NaH2PO4溶液-甲醇(14∶86);检测波长:210 nm;流速:0.8 mL/min。结果齐墩果酸在0.19~2.16μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.998 2);平均回收率为98.6%,RSD(n=9)为1.68%。结论此法简单、准确、可靠,可以作为评价蛇莓质量的有效方法。Purpose To investigate the method about the determination of oleanolic acid in Duchesnea Indicae. Methods The chromatographic separation was performed on a Thermo ODS-2HYPER-TIL C18 (250 mm x4.6 mm,5 μm). The column temperature was 25℃. The mobile phase consists of NaHzPO4 (0. 065 mol/L)-Methyl alcohol (14: 86). Examination wave length was 210 nm. The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min. Results The liner relationship of oleanolic acid was good within the range of 0.19-2.16μg(r = 0. 998 2). The average recovery was 98.6% and RSD(n = 9) was 1.68%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and it can be used as an effective way to evaluate the quality of Duchesnea.
