产后盆底康复治疗的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨生物反馈联合电刺激改善产后盆底肌肉强度的临床效果。方法 300例产后女性被随机分为实验组和对照组,每组150例,对照组给予阴道哑铃训练,实验组在对照组基础上加用生物反馈联合电刺激。结果实验组Ⅱ度患者减小至16例,Ⅴ度患者增加至76例,和对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论生物反馈联合电刺激可以有效改善产后盆底肌肉强度,提高患者生活质量,值得在临床上应用和推广。Objective To investigate the effect of biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation used in pelvic muscle recover therapy. Methods 300 cases of post partum women were randomly divided into experimental group（n=150） and control group（n=150） . The vaginal dumbbell training was used for control group,and biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation was used for experimental group on base of control group. Results The Ⅱ°patients in experimental group reduce to 16 cases,and Ⅴ°patients increased to 76 cases,the clinical effect of experimental group was signifi cantly better than that in control group（P〈0.05） . Conclusions Biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation used in pelvic muscle recovers therapy,can effectively enhance clinical effect and promote life quality,so it deserved promotion and application in clinical work.
