辛伐他汀治疗颈动脉硬化症的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨辛伐他汀治疗颈动脉硬化症的临床效果。方法 103例从2008年1月到2009年12月入住中山市人民医院接受治疗的颈动脉硬化症患者被随机分为实验组(n=53)和对照组(n=50),对照组给予常规治疗,实验组加用辛伐他汀治疗。结果实验组HDL-C、CK和ALT显著上升,LDL-C、TG、TC、CRP、MMP-9和CIMT显著下降,治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论颈动脉硬化症发病原因复杂,应给予及早的治疗。辛伐他汀应用于颈动脉硬化症的治疗,能显著提高临床效果,改善患者生活质量,值得在临床上应用和推广。Objective To explore the curative effect of simvastatin used in carotid artery atherosclerosis. Methods 103 cases of patients with carotid artery atherosclerosis from 2008 January 2009 December in people＇ s hospital of Zhongshan for treatment were randomly divided into experimental group（n=53） and control group（n=50） . Control groups were given routine treatment,and experimental group were added to simvastatin. Results Compared with control group,the HDL-C,CK and ALT in experimental group increased signifi cantly,and LDL-C,TG,TC,CRP,MMP-9 and CIMT declined signifi cantly,the clinical effect of experimental group were signifi cantly better than that of control group（P〈0.05） . Conclusion The disease reasons of carotid artery atherosclerosis are complicated,so it should be given treatment as early as possible. Simvastatin used in carotid artery atherosclerosis,can signifi cantly enhance clinical effect and improve the life quality of patients,so it deserved application and promotion in clinical work.
