摘  要:目的探讨护理干预联合应用钙镁合剂对减轻草酸铂神经毒性反应的效果。方法进行草酸铂化疗的60例患者第1周期化疗采取常规护理方法,第2周期化疗采用护理干预联合应用钙镁合剂的方法,比较神经毒性反应发生情况与程度。结果使用常规方法发生神经毒性60例,2级以上的有30例;采用护理干预方法后发生神经毒性反应60例,2级以上的有10例。干预后神经毒性反应减轻,有显著性差异(χ2=17.692,P<0.01)。结论护理干预联合应用钙镁合剂可以降低草酸铂神经毒性反应的发生率,能减轻神经毒性反应的程度。Objective To explore the preventive effect of magnesium sulfate and Calcium Gluconate combine with nursing intervention on oxaliplatin induced Neurotoxicity. Method 60 cases of Colorectal cancer patients who were given normal nursing intervention in the first cycles of oxaliplatin chemotherapy. And in the second cycles of oxaliplatin chemotherapy,the patients were given magnesium sulfate and Calcium Gluconate combine with nursing intervention. observed and Compared the degrees of induced Neurotoxicity. Result 60 cases of patients who had been given normal nursing intervention had various degrees of neurotoxin symptoms due to the oxaliplatin,which there are 30 cases at second level of neurotoxin symptoms. After application of Ca/Mg infusion,there are 60 cases of patients had various degrees of neurotoxin symptoms due to the oxaliplatin,which there are 10 cases at second level of neurotoxin symptoms. The incidence of neurotoxicity in patients who added Magnesium sulfate and Calcium Gluconate in the second cycle of oxaliplatin chemotherapy was obviously lower than the fi rst cycle(χ^2=17.692,P〈0.01) . Conclusion Magnesium sulfate and Calcium Gluconate combine with nursing intervention can reduce the degrees of neurotoxin symptoms and incidence of neurotoxicity caused from oxaliplatin.
